Seneca Falls, N.Y. - A funeral will be held today for Seneca Falls native Corporal Elmer Kidd.

The remains of the Korean War soldier were returned home this week, 62 years after he died in battle.

His body was found in 1950, but was not identified.

His remains were included in more than 200 boxes that North Korea turned over to the U.S. in 1993. DNA testing finally made it possible to identify him.
