Rochester, N.Y. – Seven people who survived a bus crash on Route 390 have filed lawsuits.

The crash happened in July of 2011 in the Town of Avoca. Two people were killed and twenty people were hospitalized. The bus was filled with tourists from New Delhi on their way from Washington, D.C. to Niagara Falls.
