Anchorage, Alaska (AP) - Alaska environmental regulators say Nestle Prepared Foods Co. has issued a recall of Lean Cuisine mushroom raviolo microwave meals after reports of glass shards were found in the frozen entrees.

Officials say affected packages of Culinary Collection Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravioli have productions codes of 2311587812 and 2312587812. Both codes have a "best before" date of December 2013.

The recalled packages were made in November 2012, and Nestlé believes that few remain on store shelves, but could still be in customers' freezers at home.

Customers who have purchased the recalled product should not eat it, and should contact Nestlé.

Officials say there have been no reports of injuries or illnesses.
