Bloomfield, N.Y.- Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man they say had sex with a 12-year-old girl at his former home in East Bloomfield.
41-year-old Michael Steven Lewis is charged with predatory sexual assault against a child.
Police say the alleged crime happened in April 2010.
The suspect now lives in Batavia.
He was remanded to the Ontario County Jail.
