East Rochester, N.Y. - A teen from East Rochester is $3 million richer thanks to a scratch-off lottery ticket.

The teen, who hasn't been identified yet, bought the Spectacular scratch-off ticket at the Kwik Fill on Washington Street.

We'll find out who the lucky $3 million winner is on Friday.
