Rochester, N.Y. - There is now a two-way race among Democrats for Rochester Mayor.
City Council President Lovely Warren said on Wednesday night that she will challenge Mayor Tom Richards for the Democratic nomination.
Both Warren and Richards were together Wednesday night at a meeting of city Democrats, who were holding a designating caucus.
Businessman Alex White is running for mayor on the Green Party line.
