Canandaigua, N.Y.- Canandaigua Police arrested a man accused of tampering with evidence at the scene where a man’s body was found Sunday morning.

Police arrested David Miller, 48, on Thursday.

Police say Miller is accused of going to the scene where Lewis McCall died and concealing evidence that was relevant to the death investigation. Police say it is believed Miller was at the scene around 7:00 am on Sunday.

Fishermen found McCall’s body in shallow water in an outlet of Canandaigua Lake. The investigation of how he died continues.
