Rochester, N.Y. - A man accused of spitting at a Salvation Army bell ringer is due in court Thursday afternoon.
Police say 57-year old Bruce James Littlejohn was drunk and belligerent when he spit at a bell ringer outside Eastview Mall last month.
Littlejohn is charged with harassment, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
