Rochester, N.Y. - A man charged in a January 2011 murder in Rochester has been acquitted in a shooting death.
Jyquale Thomas, 19, was found not guilty in the murder of Broderick Howard on Hayward Avenue.
However, Thomas was found guilty Wednesday of robbing a man on Laura Street in the moments before the shooting.
Thomas faces up to 25 years when he's sentenced in December.
