Rochester, N.Y. – A Rochester man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly making false bomb threats against Kodak between September and January.

U.S. Attorney Anthony Bruce alleged that Omer Fadhel Saleh Mohammed, 31, made 21 calls to 9-1-1 claiming that a terrorist was going to bomb the Kodak Corporation.

The 9-1-1 calls that specifically referenced Kodak resulted in responses from both the Rochester Police and Fire Departments.

The charge carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, or both.

Mohammed was released and is due back in court on March 4.
