Waterloo, N.Y. - Seneca County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a Waterloo man in a child sex abuse case.
Deputies said Tony Edwards, 34, had sexual contact with an eight-year-old girl.
Edwards faces charges including sexual abuse, criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child.
