Rochester, N.Y. - A grand jury indicted a man for criminally negligent homicide in his brother-in-law's death.
Ollie Porchea, 56, faced a judge Thursday in the July 2011 death of Jerry Maxwell, 67.
Prosecutors say Porchea got into a family fight with the victim. During the fight, Maxwell's neck broke and his dentures were smashed.
Porchea was released without bail.
