Rochester, N.Y. - A Rochester man faces charges for sexually abusing a young girl.
Police said Charles Williams, 52, had sexual contact with a girl under five years old.
He is charged with criminal sex act and endangering the welfare of a child.
Williams pleaded not guilty in court Wednesday.
