Bergen, N.Y. - State troopers say a Rochester man who allegedly shoved a 70-year-old man in a road rage incident is now facing charges.
Duane Paquine, 37, has been charged with criminal tampering and harassment.
The troopers say he pushed the victim down last Friday in a parking lot in Bergen, and removed wires from the man's vehicle.
