Greece, N.Y. - A man is dead after a crash on Latta Road near 390 in Greece Wednesday night.
Police said the 57-year-old driver who caused the accident around 5 p.m., was pronounced dead Wednesday night at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Investigators said a medical issue may have played a role in the crash. Police said it's not clear if the crash victim died from the medical issue, the crash, or a combination of the two.
The other driver was not hurt.
