Rochester/Penfield, N.Y. - A man is scheduled to be sentenced Tuesday morning for running his wife and another man off of a road in 2011.
When he followed her to Penfield, Moses Madden violated orders of protection to stay away from his estranged wife.
Madden drove the two off Empire Boulevard and was arrested.
