Batavia, N.Y. -- A man's body was found outside the Blockbuster store on Lewiston Rd. in Batavia Saturday night.
Police said the body was found in the bushes outside the video store. Police have positively Identified the man as James M. Maher, 27, of Richmond Avenue in Batavia.
They said they do not suspect foul play at this time but are continuing to investigate the cause of death.
