Chili, N.Y. – Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputies say a man is dead after a crash Wednesday night in Chili.

Police say the man’s car veered off Scottsville Road into a guardrail around 8 p.m.

The driver, a man in his 60s, was rushed to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

A female passenger had minor injuries.

Police say the crash may have been caused by a medical condition. They are still investigating.
