Irondequoit, N.Y. - The East Irondequoit Central School District may take legal action over Medley Center.

The County of Monroe Industrial Development Agency (COMIDA) is making changes to the Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) agreement.

The changes would essentially give the developer more leeway to meet certain requirements in order to receive tax breaks.

The district, which had to approve the original PILOT agreement, says it should have been consulted, and does not support the changes.

The District says if COMIDA does not reverse the changes, it may take legal action later this month.
