Washington - The U.S. Senate is expected to pass a bipartisan full-year funding deal today.

The measure would give the Pentagon money for military readiness as well as domestic programs championed by both parties.

The proposal cleared a roadblock by some Republicans who wanted to add money to address problems in their home states.
