(13WHAM-TV) - Walmart will begin selling a new prepaid money card, called "Bluebird", that is backed by American Express.
The companies hope to attract customers who are tired of paying high bank and ATM fees.
There are several ways that users can add money to the card, including direct deposit and a smartphone application.
