Rochester, N.Y. - A grand jury has indicted a Rochester man for robbing, shooting and killing a teen last month.

Domenick Lee Johnson is charged with second degree murder and robbery. Police say he shot and killed 18-year-old Malcom McFarland on Flower St. in September.

“Any fatality on our streets is tragic, but it’s particularly troubling when the victim wasn’t  even involved in the crime,” said Monroe County District Attorney Sandra Doorley.

Johnson is being held in the Monroe County Jail on $50,000 bail.

He faces 25 years to life in prison if convicted.
