NFL Changes Blackout Rules

The NFL is easing up on its blackout rules.

The Wall Street Journal reports that owners agreed games can be show on TV if only 85 percent of tickets have been sold.

Buffalo Bills fans have grown accustomed to blackouts for games that are not sold out. But just because they’re used to it doesn’t mean they’ve liked it.

The teams would still have the final say on whether games with open seats can be shown.
