Naples, N.Y. - A Naples woman is facing several charges after sheriff deputies in Ontario County say she caused a car accident outside a Dollar General Store.
Deputies say 32 year old Tonya Marie Smith drove a green 1994 Toyota sedan from the parking lot of the Dollar General on Route 21 and struck a southbound vehicle.
Smith is charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to yield.
Deputies then discovered Smith’s driver’s license had been revoked and suspended 11 times.
