Rochester, N.Y. - The owners of a restaurant at the former Crescent Beach tell 13WHAM that the business won't open in time for Mother's Day.
The restaurant, which is under new management, is set to be called Sul Lago Bistro. The new management team initially told 13WHAM's Patrice Walsh that signs for the new restaurant would have been put up this week.
When 13WHAM stopped by the business on Wednesday, we found the Monroe County Water Authority shutting off water to the business. Monroe County Water Authority Nick Noce said six months of unpaid bills led his agency to shut off the water.
Sul Lago Bistro's new management reports there have been some minor setbacks that prevented the restaurant from opening. They say that they open to open Sul Lago Bistro as soon as possible. At this point, there is no specific date set for the restaurant's grand opening.
