Niagara Falls, N.Y. - The City of Niagara Falls is going ahead with its plan to help pay down student loans for people who agree to live in the city for two years.

Applications will be available online starting September 26.

Applications are due November 16.

The city will pay off a total of $7,000 of student loan debt for participants who agree to live in a specific neighborhood.
