Rochester, N.Y. - Former Greece Police Officer Nick Joseph has been denied parole, according to our news partners at the Democrat and Chronicle.
Joseph was off duty in 2008 when he was in a hit and run crash after using cocaine and alcohol.
The pregnant woman whose car was hit--delivered a premature baby--the infant was in the hospital for months.
Joseph was sentenced to 3 to 7 years in state prison, where he remains.
