Rochester, N.Y. - The Brighton man accused of running a sex trafficking ring is staying behind bars.

Friday, a federal judge denied bail to Thomas Cramer.

Cramer is accused of running a sex trafficking ring involving at least 6 teenage girls.

Cramer's attorney argues he suffers from health issues, and is not being given proper treatment in the Monroe County Jail.
