Albany, N.Y. Still no full-fledged budget deal out of Albany — but signs of progress have been observed.

Several sources say leaders are closing in on a deal that includes a hike in the minimum wage from $7.25 to $9 per hour.

The budget also reportedly includes $700 million in new business tax cuts as well as some cuts for the middle class.

It could also increase the number of prohibited designer drug ingredients known as bath salts.

State leaders continue to meet privately today.
