Pittsford, N.Y. – Oak Hill Country Club has settled a dispute involving cameras in the men’s locker room and employee locker area.

Oak Hill agreed to pay employees, who might have been seen on camera while changing clothes, $250 each.

The country club will also pay the state $45,000 for the state investigation.

"I have stated previously that we respect the right, indeed the responsibility, of the State Attorney General to investigate matters where it believes violations of law may have occurred," said Ed Kay, President of Oak Hill Country Club. "That said, we do not believe any laws were violated in this situation, and that is made clear in the settlement agreement."
