Honolulu (AP) - President Barack Obama has signed the “fiscal cliff” bill that raises taxes on the wealthiest Americans, but preserves tax cuts for most American households.

The bill also extends expiring jobless benefits.

It also prevents cuts in Medicare reimbursements to doctors.

It also delays for two months, billions of dollars in across-the-board spending cuts in defense and domestic programs.
