Rochester, N.Y.--Rochester Police Officer Anthony DiPonzio, who was shot in the head on January 31, has been upgraded from guarded to stable condition.

Funny how the jail time for this punk is the same for the woman who sent her kids to Greece schools. Where's the justice?

Praise The Lord! God does answer prayers of so many of us for Officer Anthony DiPonzio and his family and extend family and friends. I will continue to pray for him and his recovery.
