Seneca, N.Y. – Police arrested two people in Ontario County after a domestic dispute Sunday night after one of them allegedly hit a child with a lamp.
Joseph Yankanich, 54, and Suzette Yankanich, 50, were each charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Deputies say Suzette Yankanich hit the child with a lamp. They charged her with third-degree assault.
Joseph Yankanich faces additional charges for allegedly obstructing and resisting arrest. He’ll be arraigned in county court.
