Nearly one quarter of Americans buy organic food every week.

It's the fastest growing part of the food market.

But new research suggests that those higher prices aren't buying you a healthier product.

A study by Stanford University researchers found that organic products and conventional products scored equally on vitamin and mineral content.

At the same time, the study found organic produce to be less likely to have pesticides on it.
