Oswego/Fulton, N.Y. (AP) - State police ask for your help in finding a 48-year-old man who went missing not long after being released from a mental health facility.

Troopers in Oswego County say John Humphrey was last seen in the city of Oswego last Friday. Police say he was reportedly spotted walking along state Route 481 in Oswego on Tuesday, but authorities were unable to find him.

Humphrey was recently released from a mental health facility. Troopers say he was in his Oswego residence the day before he went missing.

Police say Humphrey is a white male who's 5-feet 6-inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. He has gray hair with a beard and mustache. Police say he was last seen wearing jeans and a dark blue sweatshirt.
