Rochester, N.Y. - A tractor-trailer crash slowed the evening commute in Rochester Wednesday.
The vehicle crashed and and landed on its side on Interstate 490 at Goodman Street.
Traffic backed up on 490 Eastbound from the crash site into Downtown Rochester.
Police said the tractor-trailer flipped because the driver was going too fast.
Two people in the tractor-trailer were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, one with internal injuries.
