Ovid, N.Y. – Allen Miles, 22, of Ovid lost control of his vehicle a few minutes before 6 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Footes Corners and Morgan’s Roads, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.

The car rolled over, and Miles and his passenger, Jacob Garrison, 20, of Ovid, received minor injuries, but refused treatment.

Milles was charged with DWI, driving at an unreasonable speed for conditions and driving without a license.

He was arraigned and is in the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bail. He’s slated to answer the charges in Ovid court on September 11.
