Covington, N.Y.-  State Police in Warsaw arrested a woman accused of driving drunk with a child in her car.

Angela Kruse, 40, of Pavilion, is charged with Felony DWI under Leandra’s Law.

Police say on Friday they received a report that a woman may have been operating a vehicle while intoxicated, with a 4 year old child as a passenger.

Troopers say they received information Kruse may be headed for the LeRoy area in Genesee County.

Troopers later found Kruse and the little girl in the parking lot of the Tops Market in LeRoy.

Police say Kruse had a blood alcohol level of .14%.
