Rochester, N.Y. - A man remains in serious condition after being hit by a car in downtown Rochester.
Police say the man stepped out in front of a car at the corner of West Main and Henion Streets.
The driver of the car stopped after hitting the man and will not face any charges.
Police have not yet released the name of the victim.
