Penfield, N.Y. - The body of a 96-year-old man was found in a retention pond at the Baywinde Senior Living Facility.
The discovery was made around 8:30 Wednesday morning.
The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says the death is not suspicious, and the man was a resident at the facility.
Authorities say it appears the man may have slipped down an embankment and into the water.
His name has not yet been released.
