Rochester, N.Y.- A Rochester Police officer shot and killed two pit bulls Wednesday after they charged at officers.
The incident happened near Flint and Seward Streets.
Witnesses tell 13WHAM News two pit bulls were running around the neighborhood and chasing people into their homes.
Witnesses say when police arrived one of the dogs came at the officers.
The officer shot and killed two dogs and seized a third.
The other animal was taken in by animal control.
