Rome - Today marks the final Wednesday mass for Pope Benedict XVI An estimated 200,000 people are expected to attend the service at the Vatican today.

The pope announced earlier this month he will be stepping down tomorrow, February 28.

In retirement the pope will be known as the Emeritus Pope, will still wear white, but will give up his red Prada shoes.

A group of bishops at the Vatican will decide on a new pope soon.
