A new study shows smoking pot at a young age can be correlated to lowering IQs.

Researchers measured the IQs of 13-year-olds before marijuana use, and then measured their IQs again at age 38.

They found an average 8-point decline in intelligence levels.

Researchers think smoking pot may have a bigger impact on young people because the teenage brain is not fully developed.
