Batavia, N.Y. - A Batavia man faces charges of public lewdness and criminal mischief for an incident Monday afternoon in the Batavia Kmart.
Deputies say Michael John Liptak, 67, was touching his body in an inappropriate manner in the infant's section of the store.
He was not taken into custody.
Deputies issued Liptak a ticket, ordering him to appear in Batavia Town Court.
