Rochester, N.Y. - RIT's school colors may be orange and brown, but the college is now getting kudos for also being green.
"Take Part" named RIT among the most sustainable campuses in the country.
Part of the reason for that is the college's soon-to-be-built Golisano Institute for Sustainability, which will be partially funded through a $5 million grant from the state's Regional Economic Council.
