Henrietta, N.Y. -- An RIT student is at Strong Memorial Hospital with a life-threatening injury after reportedly falling off a moving vehicle.
Monroe County Sheriff's deputies say Steven Sapp, 22, of Newark, jumped onto a moving vehicle driven by Daniel Pise, 20, of Clifton, N.J. Pise reportedly drove another 25 feet along Andrews Memorial Drive on RIT's campus. When the car started to turn, Sapp fell off.
Sapp and Pise are fraternity brothers at Phi Delta Theta, according to the fraternity's website.
Deputies say Pise was not intoxicated at the time of the incident, and no charges have been made.
Sapp is in his fifth year at RIT. He remains in guarded condition.
