Rochester, N.Y. – Aliens invaded the Rochester Museum & Science Center Sunday afternoon.

The NASA-sponsored program “Aliens: Friend or Foe?” showed families the possibility of life on other planets and what might have happened if people on Earth encountered it.

Kids got to play “Alien Jeopardy,” and create alien trading cards and postcards from other planets.

Steve Fentress, director of RMSC’s Strasenburgh Planetarium, said it’s another way of trying to get kids more interested in math and science.

"One of the ways to show how interesting math and science really are is to do interesting, creative, hands-on things,” he said. “That’s our business, and that’s what these families are helping us do.”
