Irondequoit/Syracuse N.Y. - An Irondequoit man is pleading guilty to videotaping men and boys in a restroom at the New York State Fair.
James Hurlburt, 48, admitted to one count of unlawful surveillance.
Irondequoit police discovered images of men and boys during a burglary investigation.
Now, Hurlburt must register as a sex offender and will be sentenced to 10 years probation.
