Rochester, N.Y. - At least 15 local Red Cross volunteers will leave on Wednesday to help the millions without power and food following Hurricane Sandy.
Two volunteers will be driving the Red Cross Emergency Response Vehicle down to the Greater New York City Area. Others will focus efforts in New York City and other parts of the Northeast.
The nonprofit is also asking the public for donations to help with relief efforts.
