New York - Regis Philbin is returning to daytime television.
The former "Live!" co-host has signed on for a monthly guest spot on "Rachael Ray".
Philbin will make his debut on Monday, September 24th.
Philbin tells USA Today - "I'm not a co-host. I'm just a guy showing up on her show once a month. I love the idea. Its fun to be back on TV when you don't have to do it every day."
Rachael Ray airs on 13WHAM-TV weekdays at 9a.m.
